Light business jet

Pilatus PC-24 for Sale

Gravel. Grass. Snow. The business jet that does not need a paved runway.

A business jet certified to land on gravel, grass and snow. The Pilatus PC-24 takes the rough-field skills of a turboprop, adds two jet engines and a 7 m cabin, and has a large cargo door. Pilatus calls it the Super Versatile Jet; Australia's Royal Flying Doctor Service flies it as an air ambulance.

It was certified in December 2017 and completed rough-field certification in February 2020. Press reports place one in the fleet of Jeff Bezos. ICCJET sources PC-24s on and off market, a jet that rarely stays listed for long.

Routes

10 routes the way an owner flies them

The PC-24 duel. Pick a rival, pick a route and race them. Gold is the PC-24. Watch who lands nonstop and who stops for fuel, then switch to Who gets where: the gold cities are the ones only the PC-24 reaches nonstop.

Distances are great-circle from the business aviation airport of each city; times use 440 kt plus 20 minutes, in still air. Nonstop means the distance is under 90% of the 2,000 nm range, a margin for winds. A fuel stop adds about an hour on the ground.

Ride quality

Turbulence: how the PC-24 rides

Honest answer: a light jet feels more of the bumps than a heavy one. The cure is altitude: the PC-24 climbs to 45,000 ft, above most weather and the busy airline levels. Its ceiling is 45,000 ft, above the busy airline levels.

In the press

Who flies a PC-24

The PC-24 is flown by doctors, police and billionaires. These are public orders and press reports; ICCJET never discusses its own clients.

Jeff Bezos Business Insider and others reported in 2024 that a Pilatus PC-24 sits in his fleet next to Gulfstreams
Royal Flying Doctor Service Flies PC-24s as air ambulances across Australia
Swiss government The Swiss Federal Air Transport Service flies a PC-24

What the list tells a buyer: the PC-24 is bought for where it can land, not for how it looks on the ramp. That is a market with very few substitutes.

Incidents

Safety record and history

Accidents No fatal PC-24 accident found in the public sources checked as of October 2026

The provocative view: a jet that operates from gravel strips with ambulance crews every night has been tested harder than most jets ever will be.

The Phenom 300E is faster and the best-selling light jet; the PC-24 has the longer, flat-floor cabin, the cargo door and the only rough-field approval. Choose the Phenom for paved airports and speed, the PC-24 for where others cannot land.
