The 3.9m longer wingtips of the 777 200LR are identical to this element design in versions 777F and Boeing 777-300ER. Having the same passenger capacity, the Boeing’s 777-200LR wing span and wing area are greater than in the Boeing 777-200ER, with 436.8 sq m and 427.8 sq m, accordingly. The wing span was also enlarged at the account of the abovementioned tips up to 64.8 m. The B777-200LR is 10.2 m shorter than the B777-200ER. The A340-500HGW can be called the nearest competitor of this version.
